Our QuickBooks Online class is a step by step appoarch of learning how to record, reconcile and report your business transactions.

In 2015, QuickBooks enjoyed 80% of the accounting software market share with 29 million small business users.
It is estimated that most of the QBO users have a casual knowledge of QuickBooks applications. With limit QBO knowledge, the result was multiple erroneous bookkeeping entries that require several year-end journal entries.

Module 1:

Navigate through QuickBooks – This module focus on QuickBooks’ “Back Office” and their Form Driven Format, including basis bookkeeping knowledge, set-up company file, chart of accounts, accounting and entity’s structure, add users, products and services and accessing transaction via online

Module 2:

Money In – Obtain an understanding on how to add/edit customers, enter and track services and/or products sold to your clients, sales tax set-up, and how to prepare accounts receivable reports

Module 3:

Money Out – Learn how to track your vendor’s services and/or product purchases; Create and pay bills: enter checks and credit cards transactions, prepare 1099/1096 Forms and how to review accounts payable reports

Module 4:

During the final session, the emphasis will be on how to reconcile statements and preparing financials
*A QuickBooks Certificate will be provided at the end of the class*
